Stevia is a safe and healthy alternative to using sugar and artificial sweeteners.

It doesn't contain any calories, or carbohydrates, doesn't cause tooth decay, does not affect blood sugar levels and is thought to be safe for diabetics to use. 

Sweet solutions is a very versatile form of stevia. Since its a liquid you can sweeten to taste, just add a drop at a time until you have reach the desired level of sweetness. Roughly 3-4 drops gives the same effect as a teaspoon of sugar.

You can use Stevia to sweeten anything you would normally use sugar or artificial sweeteners for...tea, coffee, smoothies, breakfast cereals, natural yoghurt, on grapefruit, in baking, the list is endless. Give it a go, there are endless recipes on line that are now incorporating stevia into their ingredients.

By using stevia you are eliminating empty calories from your diet, and still getting your sweet fix! Its  win, win!

Sweet solutions  Stevia liquid sweetener


Ingredients: Purified water, Stevia Rebaudiana 95% extract

(Sedimentation may occur, this is normal, just give it a shake before use)


Usage: There are approx 230 servings in the 50ml bottle and 140 servings in the 30ml bottle.


3-4 drops is equal to 1 tsp of sugar.

However tastes can vary so we suggest that if you are new to using stevia you should add 1 drop at a time until you reach your desired sweetness.
